Disaster Relief

Provide relief during earthquakes, droughts, floods, hurricanes and other natural disasters.

HRO supports families displaced by emergencies or catastrophes, such as earthquakes, droughts, floods, tornadoes and hurricanes. During the first phase of relief, the support is offered in the form of basic needs, including tents, dry ration, cooking utensils, blankets, medical attention, clothing, etc.

The second phase of disaster relief requires the re-settling of affected families. Also, through Self-Employment Projects they are encouraged to stand on their feet. In case of extreme disasters, affected families are supported for re-construction of their homes.
